Terms and Conditions Rortuna — Complete Platform Usage Guide

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of the rortuna platform ("Company", "we"). These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or begin using the services provided through rortuna.com and its associated mobile app.

By accessing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature on the rortuna platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms, including all supplementary policies referenced herein such as Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are using the rortuna platform on behalf of another entity (company, organisation), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Your liability and that entity's liability are joint and several.

2.1 Minimum Age

Rortuna services are only available to individuals who have reached the age of 18 at the time of registration. We have a legal and moral responsibility to prevent underage individuals from accessing the betting platform. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be terminated immediately with no refund.

2.2 Regional Restrictions

The rortuna platform operates for users accessing from permitted regions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with their local laws. rortuna is not liable for any legal consequences arising from use in regions that restrict online betting activity.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. This includes not being allowed to register a new account to claim re-registration bonuses or to circumvent restrictions imposed on a previous account. Duplicate accounts that are detected will be closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.1 Accurate Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as it appears on your identity document, an active phone number, and valid banking details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and withdrawal restrictions.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rortuna account password. Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. Rortuna will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for an added layer of security on your rortuna account. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides stronger protection, especially during the withdrawal process.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Rortuna conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which is an industry-standard requirement. You may be asked to submit the following documents at any time:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (not older than 3 months) as proof of address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit
• A selfie holding your identity document if requested by the compliance team

Failure to complete KYC within the designated timeframe will result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal access until the process is completed.

4.1 Permitted Deposit Methods

Rortuna supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no maximum limit for regular deposits; however, deposits exceeding a certain amount may require additional verification for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the rortuna account
• First withdrawal requires completed KYC verification
• Received bonuses must meet the rollover requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal
• The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 — higher limits are available for VIP accounts

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

Rortuna aims to process all withdrawals within 3 to 15 minutes under normal conditions. In certain situations, such as when additional verification is required or during peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by rortuna are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. These conditions include but are not limited to validity period, minimum deposit amount, betting limits, wagering requirements, and eligible games.

5.2 Rollover Requirements (Wagering Requirement)

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, you must meet the specified rollover requirement. For example, if a RM 100 bonus has a 10x rollover requirement, you must place a total of RM 1,000 in bets before that bonus is eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to the rollover requirement — Slot Games typically contribute 100% while table casino games may only contribute 10–20%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Rortuna reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, hedge betting (matched betting or arbitrage), use of automated bots, or any method we consider to be exploitation of the bonus system.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled except in the event of a verified technical error confirmed by rortuna.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, even if the odds change afterwards.
• In live sports betting, odds can change rapidly. Rortuna reserves the right to reject a bet if the system detects latency or delays that could provide an unfair advantage to the user.
• Winnings from games with technical bugs that caused abnormal outcomes are invalid and will be voided.
• For casino games, outcomes generated by an audited RNG (Random Number Generator) are final.

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following on the rortuna platform:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform
• Game Manipulation through exploitation of technical bugs, software glitches, or other unfair methods
• Identity Fraud including the use of falsified documents or another person's information during registration or KYC
• Money Laundering using the rortuna platform as a medium to conceal or transfer illicit funds
• Bonus Abuse through hedging wagering strategies or exploitation of promotional systems
• Harassment or threats against other users or rortuna customer support staff
• Hacking activity such as attempts to access systems, databases, or other user accounts without authorization

Rortuna is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data security of all users. All information you provide to us is handled in accordance with Rortuna Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to how we collect, use, and protect your personal data as described in the relevant Privacy Policy.

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, we may share certain information with regulatory authorities or law enforcement if required by law or a valid court order.

Rortuna takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of tools to help users manage their playing habits, including daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits, betting limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion.

Rortuna makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability of the platform, the accuracy of displayed odds, or the outcome of any bet or game played. All bets are placed at the user's own risk.

In extraordinary technical situations (server outages, third-party payment system failures, natural disasters), rortuna reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations without prior notice and will not be held liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.

Rortuna reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the designated period
• Requests from legal authorities or regulators
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting rortuna customer support. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible balances (after deducting any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

Rortuna reserves the right to modify, update, or add to any part of these Terms at any time based on operational requirements, legal changes, or business considerations. Any significant amendments will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications, email, or app notifications at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the rortuna platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
